Provides autism referrals for those 18 months to 18 years of age, as well as, tests including Detailed Developmental Hx, cognitive testing, ADOS-2, measure of adaptive functioning, and ASD screeners. Additionally provides behavioral referrals for those 5 years of age to 18 years of age, including tests treat anxiety disorders, ADHD, sensory integration issues, chronic somatic complaints, language concerns, mood disorders, and PTSD. Both are accepting outpatient referrals.

Provides treatment for genetic, sensory-processing, feeding, and language development. Accepting new outpatient referrals and treatment for those ages 15 months and older.

Wilson PAL hosts a variety of over 32 youth-related sports camps, youth-based activities and youth-based enrichment programs in our community. Veterans Residential Services of Wilson (VRSW) is a private non-profit 501c3 organization dedicated to providing quality support and services to its low-income veterans who have received anything other than a dishonorable discharge. Provide services to veterans in Wilson and the surrounding counties with the goal of residential stability in the community; these services include financial assistance, emergency assistance, employment training and referrals, and more.
