CFHC, Inc. Quarterly Performance Measures

‍Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. voluntarily monitors and evaluates its health care service performance to measure our adherence to standards of care and operations.  Regulatory bodies; such as the Health Resources and Services Administration and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), set these standards. Data from these metrics are used to compare our quality of care with other Health Centers and caregivers throughout North Carolina and the nation.Performance Measures are those key clinical indicators that Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. monitors to ensure we provide the highest quality primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care available.  Performance Measures help Carolina Family Health Centers, Inc. improve the quality of patient care by focusing on the actual results of care.
